Paradise Harbour offers a variety of amenities designed for comfort, recreation, and convenience. Residents can enjoy a heated pool with an outdoor shower, as well as a well-appointed clubhouse featuring a full kitchen, billiard room, fitness room, and separate restrooms for men and women.
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the opportunity to fish from our dock on the Intracoastal Waterway or dock their boats along canal. Additional community features include a propane grill for shared use and four convenient laundry rooms located throughout the building.

Clubhouse*
The clubhouse, with its tropical decor is available for community and personal parties and events.
Reservation Form is required to reserve the clubhouse.
Kitchen*
The clubhouse has a fully equipped kitchen to be able to comfortably host your party or event.
Heated Pool*
Relax by the pool taking in the view of Singer Island, Munyun Island the Intracoastal Waterway.
Pool gates are locked and require a secure key for access.
Billiard Room*
Step into the billiard room for your favorite game of pool.
Exercise Room*
Motivation with a view.
Exercise Room Waiver is required.
Fishing Dock*
The fishing dock has a cleaning station and underwater lights.
No jumping or diving off the dock.
Boat Docks
Owners and renters can lease a dock from owners with
Exclusive Rights, if available.
BBQ Grill
